We are seeking a highly motivated research scientist to perform cutting-edge clinical research, working in a dynamic and intellectually engaging clinical research setting.
Candidate’s primary responsibilities are to:
work with radiologists, data scientists, and research scientists on clinical research projects,
design studies, recruit subjects, perform analysis and interpret complex data for diagnosis and process improvement, and
extract data from clinical databases (PACS, EMR).
Required
bachelor, master, or PhD degree in related fields (i.e., informatics, data science, or biostatistics)
experience with clinical data and clinical research (a must)
analytical, statistical, and programing (i.e., mPower, R, machine learning, or AI) skills
Preferred
excellent communication, presentation and team-work skills.
ability to work independently, think logically, critically, and creatively to problem-solve
knowledgeable of IRB process and research volunteer recruitment

Montefiore-Einstein Radiology has over 75 FTE radiologists and a large array of imaging facilities across 3 acute care hospitals, a dedicated children’s hospital as well as multiple satellite clinics across the metropolitan areas, conducive to clinical research. We have competitive data science, IT, and computing resources to execute various research projects. The Gruss Magnetic Resonance Research Center (Radiology) has 10 imaging research faculty and an array of research-dedicated human and animal imaging scanners.
