Clinical Division - Diagnostic Radiologist/Subspecialist –100% Remote position
The UPMC Department of Radiology is currently recruiting for 1 open position within the day remote section of the clinical division. This is an exceptional opportunity for both subspecialists and generalists with ER skills to join a dynamic newly integrated clinical division group of 70+ remote and onsite pioneering radiologists providing radiology services at several UPMC hospitals primarily serving the community hospitals including multiple level I and II trauma centers as well as several large outpatient imaging centers.
The division maintains a work-life balance with ample time off to recharge while providing additional revenue generating opportunities for those interested. We believe that developing a sense of belonging through cultivation of professional relationships is paramount to a rewarding career. Radiologists in our group get a clinical appointment to the academic medical center and there are opportunities for teaching residents for those interested in professional satisfaction, but education/research is not a requirement or part of our vision. Remote Daytime/Early evening (1 position available):
Fellowship trained body, neuro, or MSK imager and general ER skillset.
Covers a mixture of ED, OP and subspecialty work.
Staggered 8-hour shifts: Starting 7 am, and no overnight responsibilities after 10 pm.
12-13 weekends/year with post call day week before or after.
Ample Paid Time off/Vacation time
Flexibility of opting for 1 week on 1 week off model.
Base Salary of $400k with potential to make $600k Plus based on the productivity
Generous competitive incentive plan above RVU threshold with productivity bonuses paid quarterly.
Reasonable RVU expectations for shifts commensurate with national averages.
Additional work available during “off time” for those interested to supplement revenue.
Radiology Reading room assistants support and collaborate with radiologists both on the weekdays and the weekends to optimize workflow.
