POSITION SUMMARY 

Medical Imaging Associates (MIA) is seeking a full-time Fellowship-Trained Musculoskeletal Radiologist to join our established, physician-led practice in Idaho Falls, Idaho. This is an on-site, daytime position focused on a high-quality MSK-focused case mix within a collaborative, subspecialty-supported environment. 

The ideal candidate will be comfortable interpreting a broad spectrum of musculoskeletal imaging and performing image-guided MSK procedures while also participating in general diagnostic coverage as part of a balanced practice model. 

Clinical Overview:

• MSK-focused diagnostic imaging across multiple modalities, including MRI, CT, ultrasound, and radiography
• Performance of image-guided musculoskeletal procedures
• Balanced mix of outpatient, inpatient, and trauma-related imaging

About the Practice:
Medical Imaging Associates (MIA) is a physician-led radiology practice and proud affiliate of Radiology Partners, providing access to national resources while maintaining local clinical autonomy. MIA is a regional radiology practice providing comprehensive imaging services across Idaho, Wyoming, Montana, and Utah. 

Our group includes 30+ radiologists and advanced practice providers, offering the full spectrum of diagnostic and interventional radiology services in both hospital and outpatient settings. Radiologists benefit from a regional PACS model, enabling collaboration across subspecialties while preserving strong local practice relationships.

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Board certified or board eligible by the American Board of Radiology (ABR) or American Osteopathic Board of Radiology (AOBR)
• Fellowship training in Musculoskeletal Radiology
• Comfortable with general diagnostic radiology
• MQSA certification preferred but not required
• Licensed or ability to obtain licensure in Idaho (additional state licensure supported as needed)
• Fellows and residents encouraged to apply

COMPENSATION:

The salary range for this position is $500,000-$700,000. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
