The full contract is a 2-year commitment for the APP fellow. The fellowship is a 1-year program with fellowship pay. The second year, you will be hired as an Instructor with pay determined based on the APP salary grid hiring scale

The Department of Radiology is seeking applicants for an IR APP fellowship in the Division of Interventional Radiology at the University of Colorado School of Medicine under the supervision of the Chief of Interventional Radiology and the Director of the APP fellowship. The applicant must be a licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. We are looking for new graduate or early career Advanced practice providers.
This position is an 18 month to two-year commitment. The first year, the APP is an IR APP fellow with a fellowship salary. The second year, the APP is in a full time APP position. More details will be provided in the interview.

BLS/ACLS certification cards
A one-page personal statement on why you are interested in the APP IR Fellowship Program.
Two letters of recommendation (at least one letter from your PA/ACNP Program)
National Certification by Professional Credentialing Body (if certified).
Applicants must meet minimum qualifications at the time of hire.
Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program in the United States
Nurse Practitioner license must be ACNP or AGNP
For ACNPs and PAs: must be nationally certified and certification exam results must be provided 60 days prior to start date (due to credentialing, this is a strict timeline)
