PRACTICE AND COMMUNITY OVERVIEW
HCA
Florida Poinciana Hospital, since 2013, has served the healthcare needs of
southwest Kissimmee, Osceola and Polk counties. As an accredited 177,000 square
foot hospital with 94 private beds and a twelve-private bed intensive care
unit, we provide a full range of acute care services, including emergency
services, diagnostic imaging and inpatient and outpatient surgery. Equitably
shared, flexible call rotation. Five hospital system that supports each other:
HCA Florida Osceola Hospital, HCA Florida Oviedo Hospital, HCA Florida
Poinciana Hospital, HCA Florida Lake Monroe Hospital and HCA Florida Lake Nona
Hospital. Radiologist-led on the local, regional and national levels. Smaller,
collegial teams with day-to-day operational control that are fully supported
with the tools and resources from a national medical group.
With an average commute of less than 30-minutes,
Kissimmee is easily accessible from Interstate 4, Florida’s Turnpike, Osceola
Parkway and US 192. The city of Kissimmee is minutes south of Orlando.
Osceola’s other incorporated city, St. Cloud, is 9 miles east of Kissimmee and
approximately 45 miles west of the city of Melbourne on the Atlantic coast.
Kissimmee
is a family-oriented location known for its endless sunshine and proximity to
world-famous theme parks. It is well recognized for its desirable climate and
abundant recreational opportunities. Enjoy everything from professional sports
(football, baseball and ice hockey) to beautiful beaches, boating, swamp
air-boat rides and tours, world class golfing, boating and fishing, amusement
and water parks, galleries, museums, a variety of cuisines and multiple
shopping venues. Conveniently located near three airports and popular
destinations such as Sea World, Old Town Theme Park, Walt Disney World, Busch
Gardens, Lowry Park Zoo, Universal Studios and Tropicana Field.

COMPENSATION: The salary range for this position is $450,000-$1,000,000. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
