Together Women’s Health is expanding women’s imaging services and seeking fellowship-trained Breast Imaging Radiologists (Breast/Women’s Imaging, Mammography, or Body Imaging) to join our new state-of-the-art imaging center in Royal Oak, Michigan.

This is a high-impact leadership role with the opportunity to shape the future of breast imaging for a rapidly growing women’s health platform. You’ll work closely with a strong referral base of seven private practices and collaborate with our gynecology and radiology partners to deliver exceptional, patient-centered imaging care.

Your Responsibilities:

• Interpret screening and diagnostic mammography, tomosynthesis, and breast ultrasound studies.
• Perform breast biopsies, including ultrasound-guided and stereotactic procedures.
• Collaborate with referring physicians and clinical teams to ensure high-quality care and clear communication.
• Provide oversight for MQSA compliance and advise on imaging protocols, quality standards, and patient safety.
• Engage in case conferences, departmental meetings, and continuous learning initiatives.
• Support the adoption of cutting-edge imaging technology, AI tools, and workflow enhancements.

  • Full-time:  Ideal candidate: 5 days onsite, open to 4 days/week.
    • In-person preferred; remote support considered as supplemental.
  • Temporary or Contract Coverage: Cover vacation time and/or shift work Monday - Saturday (8:00am - 4:00pm)

Compensation & Benefits:

• Full-time: Total Annual Compensation: Up to $700,000, inclusive of base guarantee and productivity incentives. Actual compensation will vary based on schedule, experience, and workload.
• Annual Productivity Bonus: Robust, transparent production incentive structure with meaningful upside for experienced breast imagers.

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from a US accredited medical school.
• Completion of an accredited residency program in Diagnostic Radiology.
• Valid board certification in Diagnostic Radiology.
• Fellowship trained in either Women’s Imaging, Mammography or Body Imaging.
