Location:  Orange County, CA Diagnostic Radiologist (1099 contract, full-time schedule)

Position Summary

MemorialCare Specialty Medical Group has an opportunity for a full-time general diagnostic radiologist with subspecialty training. Reasonable, mixed workload focused on your specialty while supporting inpatient/ER and outpatient departments at Orange Coast Medical Center (Fountain Valley, CA) and Saddleback Medical Center (Laguna Hills, CA). Work with eleven fellowship-trained radiologists in a supportive team environment.

• 1099 Independent Contractor opportunity with a flexible schedule and competitive compensation
• Minor procedure skills are helpful
• No breast imaging
• Hybrid onsite/remote position (all evening/weekend shifts are remote)

Schedule and Compensation

• Average 191 Weekday Shifts at $2750/Shift (64 days off)
• Average 27-28 Weekend/Holiday Shifts at $4500/Shift (Remote)
• Anticipated annual pay of $640,000 for working an average number of shifts
• Base Salary $640,000 for working average number of shifts, plus RVU bonus pool
• Healthcare and Retirement Stipend ($65,000)
• Internal moonlighting ($600/hour)
• Malpractice insurance included

Qualifications

• Board certified or board eligible
• MD or DO
• California medical license (or eligible)
• DEA, BLS
