Great River Health is looking for a confident, strategic leader to guide Diagnostic Imaging services across all campuses. This role oversees the full scope of imaging operations, including staffing, scheduling, budget management, equipment acquisition, and policy development. You’ll work closely with Radiologists, clinical teams, and Administration to ensure patients have timely access to high quality imaging and radiation oncology services.
In this position, you’ll support teams across multiple locations, lead workforce planning efforts, and ensure performance evaluations and management practices are completed consistently. You’ll also participate in committees, strengthen communication pathways, and drive continuous improvement within a dynamic and growing healthcare system.

• Graduate of an accredited School of Radiologic Technology • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Radiological Sciences, or a related field • Master’s degree in a healthcare-related field preferred • ARRT certification required • BCLS and First Aid certification through American Heart Association within 60 days of hire • Iowa IHHA Permit to Practice within 60 days • Previous leadership experience in a healthcare setting preferred • Recent healthcare experience within the past five years preferred • Experience with Epic EMR preferred • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Ability to travel between campuses, approximately 20 percent • Comfortable supporting multiple age groups and clinical departments in a patient-care environment
