Exciting Opportunity at MSK: Body Imaging Radiologist
The Department of Radiology at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center is seeking an MD or MD/PhD radiologist with a specific interest in Gastrointestinal Radiology with a focus on luminal GI tract malignancies and with a strong research background and interest in colorectal cancer to join a team of dedicated GI radiologists with a large volume of rectal MRI, MRE, CT colonography, CTE and GI fluoroscopic studies. The candidate will also be responsible for reading general chest, abdomen, and pelvis imaging studies including CT, MRI and GI Fluoroscopy. S/He will have a proven research record and the ambition to continue to pursue a research track with close collaboration with the Colorectal Disease Management Team and Colorectal Cancer Research Center funded by the organization. Our GI group is highly active in writing and conducting federal grant-supported and cooperative group national trials and advancing patient care. Teaching and clinical productivity are paramount. The department is equipped with all state-of-the-art equipment, including a new Visage PACS system and has outstanding clinical support for Radiology. The position is a wonderful opportunity for the body imager who aspires to be part of a dynamic team working in an academically based practice in an urban or suburban setting with excellent work-life balance.
