The University of Virginia's (UVA) Department of Radiology and Medical Imaging is seeking a thoughtful, collaborative, and energetic Chief Operating Officer (COO) with excellent communication, interpersonal, and strategic thinking skills that will support approximately 97 clinical, research, and per diem faculty; 14 Advanced Practice Providers, 45 staff, and 74 resident/fellow trainees. The COO (incumbent) is responsible for managing and optimizing the daily operations of the Radiology and Medical Imaging Department. Incumbent is focused on designing and implementing strategies to enhance operational efficiency, ensure financial sustainability, and deliver exceptional patient care.
