Body MRI Fellowship
The Department of Diagnostic, Molecular and Interventional Radiology at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai (ISMMS) has an open one-year position in the Body MRI Fellowship program for the 2025-2026 academic year. The program is overseen by Dr. Sara Lewis MD, Program Director, and Dr. Joseph Weissbrot MD, Associate Program Director. The fellows learn how to perform and interpret abdominal imaging examinations with a heavy emphasis on MRI. While we concentrate on MRI, training also includes thoracic, abdominal, and pelvic computed tomography (CT) as well as procedures including CT- and ultrasound-guided biopsy and women’s imaging. The overarching objectives of the program are to train radiologists to become abdominal imaging experts and to prepare them to assume leadership roles
