Clinical responsibilities encompass diagnostic service across imaging specialties, with no required interventional radiology unless desired. Evening and overnight clinical coverage opportunities with ample non-clinical compensatory time are available for those with emergency radiology background/interest. Faculty participate in medical student, resident and fellow education, clinical consultations, tumor boards, and multidisciplinary conferences at state’s flagship medical center with the only Level 1 Trauma Center and NCI-designated Comprehensive Cancer Center. Research opportunities include diverse and growing translational imaging and image processing facilities and are supported by dedicated research and publications staff.

Able to obtain state licensure in the state of New Mexico
