The Department of Radiology at University of Colorado Denver is seeking applicants for a full-time Thoracic Radiologist and faculty member in the Cardiothoracic Section. We are interested in candidates at any stage of their career from the Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor levels. This is a daytime position
No overnight shifts
2 evening shifts/month (approximately)
6-7 weekends/year (approximately)
The section has a strong regional and growing national reputation and is currently composed of 6 radiologists. It performs the full range of both thoracic and cardiac imaging including radiography, CT and MR. The section participates in multiple multidisciplinary conferences across campus including Interstitial Lung Disease, Thoracic tumor board, CTEPH patient selection committee, Aorta conference among others. There is a Cardiothoracic Imaging fellowship jointly administered with National Jewish Health. There is extensive departmental and institutional support to achieve the clinical, teaching and research missions of the division.
