Cardiothoracic Imaging and 3D-printing fellowship

The University of Cincinnati Medical Center Cardiothoracic and 3D Printing fellowship is a unique 1-year program that will provide Fellows with training that includes the interpretation of chest, cardiac and vascular imaging as well as specialized, comprehensive training in medical 3D printing. As the only Fellowship of its kind, successful trainees will be poised to launch, operate, and grow a medical 3D printing laboratory within a hospital. The University of Cincinnati Department of Radiology also offers tremendous opportunities for biomedical research, including a dedicated departmental artificial intelligence platform. Fellows will have unique opportunities to propose projects, train new models, and test hypotheses related to these models in the cardiothoracic arena. Fellows train as frontline practitioners and provide collaborative patient care with a team of dedicated cardiopulmonary radiologists and world-renowned physician-scientists. The high volume of cases/studies, strong curriculum and training in a real-world clinical environment enable fellows to develop the expertise needed to stand apart in a competitive job market

Residents who are currently enrolled in or have completed a diagnostic radiology residency in a program accredited by the ACGME are encouraged to apply. Exceptional foreign medical graduates who can be fully licensed in the State of Ohio can apply. |
