Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center is seeking a board-certified radiologist with fellowship training in abdominal imaging. The position is available due to expanding work volume, and can be a full-time Faculty or Clinical Associate depending on work/lifestyle preferences.

The over 400 bed hospital is part of the Johns Hopkins Health System, has a spacious 130-acre campus, and is easily accessible from I-95 and I-895. Our hospital leads the country in NIH funding, excellence in trainee education and clinical quality.
The goal of the Department of Imaging at Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center is to provide outstanding clinical care through expertise in medical imaging and interpretation, through innovation and advances in imaging research, and through excellence in teaching and mentoring. The abdominal imaging section consists of dedicated imagers who interpret ultrasounds, CTs, MRIs, in addition to performing imaging-guided biopsies and fluoroscopic exams. The candidate would have the opportunity to work with residents, fellows, and medical students in one of the largest radiology residency programs in the U.S.
The radiology department at Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center has state-of-the-art equipment including 3 CTs and 2 MRIs. There are ongoing renovations to replace several diagnostic equipment. A new SPECT CT and a new single plane IR suite were recently installed. A new 3T MRI will be installed next year. The department performs an average of over 130,000 exams annually and enjoys excellent clinical, educational and research collaboration with several Johns Hopkins specialties including surgeons, oncologists and pathologists. Multiple conferences each week allow continued learning and a team approach to cancer care. Members are also responsible for clinical services at Johns Hopkins Imaging at White March.
