ABDOMINAL RADIOLOGIST Department of Radiology University of Cincinnati College of Medicine
The University of Cincinnati, College of Medicine in Ohio is offering a full-time Abdominal Radiologist Faculty Position in the Department of Radiology. This position will support the University’s mission and commitment to excellence and diversity in our students, faculty, staff and all our activities. Ideal candidates will be competent to cover all aspects of body imaging. Fellowship training is needed and subspecialty certification in abdominal imaging is desirable.
Job Duties: Responsibilities include staffing at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center (UCMC), West Chester Hospital (WCH) and other UC Health facilities. Hospitals are equipped with state-of-the-art diagnostic imaging equipment, supporting PACS and voice recognition dictation. UCMC is a Level 1 Trauma center with an active transplant program and an IR Clinic with dedicated nursing support. The Abdominal Imaging faculty is diverse and collaborative, delivering consistent excellence in diagnostic imaging procedures of the abdomen and pelvis. Academic opportunities exist and are encouraged for candidates to pursue research in diseases of the gastrointestinal and genitourinary tract. All academic ranks (Assistant, Associate, Full Professor) and current abdominal imaging fellows are encouraged to apply. UC Radiology offers an ACGME-accredited fellowship program.
Minimum Requirements: Applicants must be ABR/AOBR certified or eligible and eligible for an Ohio medical license. Rank and Track will be commensurate with experience and credentials of candidate.
