The Department of Diagnostic Radiology at Dartmouth-Hitchcock is seeking one BC/BE fellowship-trained, Neuroradiologist to join our established service of seven Neuroradiologists. This full-time faculty position is based at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon, NH, where responsibilities will include interpretation of the full range of diagnostic neuroimaging studies and procedures including lumbar punctures, myelography and biopsies. Ample opportunity for more advanced procedural work is available, but not required. Academic responsibilities include teaching fellows, residents and medical students, participation in multi-disciplinary conferences and participation in clinical or translational research. Academic rank and salary are commensurate with experience.
The successful candidate will join an academic practice comprised of 40 radiologists. Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center is the only academic medical center in New Hampshire, providing tertiary care services for our region, and serving as the only Level 1 trauma center in the state. State-of-the-art imaging equipment includes six MRI scanners (four, 3T magnets), four CT scanners, and flat panel, biplane angiography suite. The radiology department also provides teleradiology and on-site coverage for multiple affiliated hospitals throughout New Hampshire and Vermont.
