The Department of Medical Imaging at The University of Arizona, Tucson has an UNEXPECTED ACGME-accredited Interventional Radiology Independent Program 2-year position available for the period of July 1, 2020 to June 30, 2022.
The Department of Medical Imaging is a leader in imaging technologies and applications. The department is equipped with the latest state of the art imaging and informatics systems and has an actively growing clinical and research program in the neurosciences. The department also supports a thriving DR residency training program and an IR Integrated residency program.
Our hospital, Banner – University Medical Center (BUMC) is the only level 1 trauma center in the region and is directly associated with Diamond Children’s, providing regional support for a population of over 1 million people. There is a wide exposure to cases in both basic and advanced imaging.
