We are actively recruiting for positions in the Abdominal Imaging Fellowship at Wake Forest University for the July 2020-June 2021 academic year. Wake Forest Medical Center is the main tertiary referral center for a large geographic region including central and western North Carolina and southern Virginia, with a Level 1 trauma center and a comprehensive NCI-designated cancer center. The ACGME accredited clinical fellowship consists of MR, CT and ultrasound. The fellowship has an active biopsy service with high volume image-guided procedures. The MR service includes hepatobiliary, prostate and gynecologic MR, as well as pelvic floor MR and MR enterography. Wake Forest has a busy transplant service and the fellowship provides extensive experience in vascular ultrasound. Educational activities in the fellowship include monthly journal club and frequent fellowship-specific lectures and case conferences. The fellowship is part of a collegial learning environment with friendly, highly skilled subspecialty faculty.

All candidates must have successfully completed an accredited residency in Diagnostic Radiology. Candidates who are not citizens or permanent residents of the United States should be eligible for a J-1 visa. Other candidates are handled on a case by case basis.
