The University of California at Davis Neuroradiology Fellowship is currently accepting applications for the 2020 - 2021 academic year. Fellows work with a faculty of 9 full-time fellowship-trained diagnostic neuroradiologists and 3 neuro-interventionalists (2 radiologists and 1 neurosurgeon). The main neuroradiology fellowship training pathway is a rigorous, one-year training program designed to provide comprehensive training in all facets of adult and pediatric neuroradiology.
The neuroradiology fellowship curriculum is organized according to core rotations in addition to the basic neuroimaging studies that are seen on a day-to-day basis. The breadth of these rotations will enable fellows to develop skills in basic and advanced imaging techniques (including CT/MR perfusion, MR spectroscopy, DTI) used to diagnose common and complex neurological diseases.
Head and Neck Imaging
Emergency and Acute Care Imaging
Multiple weekly multidisciplinary conferences highlight the exceptional clinical departments at UC Davis including Neurosurgery, Neurology, Head and Neck Surgery, Pediatrics, and Ophthalmology. Fellows are mentored and encouraged to participate in these conferences to understand the complex neuroimaging and clinical management of these cases.
