Mayo Clinic Arizona has secured two more positions for fellowship in 2020-2021. We successfully filled all of our positions in the recent Match(s), but have received institutional approval to fill 2 more spots.
As highlighted on our web page (see link below), the Mayo Clinic Arizona radiology fellowships are highly flexible—the positions available are for individuals who choose to "major" in Breast Imaging, Abdominal Imaging/Body MRI, Cardiothoracic Imaging, or Nuclear/PET Imaging. However, as detailed in our overview, there is ample elective time in other areas. Please note that the website page is currently being updated to reflect the new positions and that there are tracks in Cardiothoracic Imaging and Nuclear/PET Imaging, along with Breast Imaging and Abdominal Imaging/Body MRI. We don't have an open position in 2020-2021 for MSK Imaging, but MSK electives are available to the newly selected fellows.
This is only for individuals who are or will be ABR board eligible or certified in July 2020. The position is for 12 months of training.
This fellowship has a long track record of successful placement of graduates into both private practice and academic positions, based on the strength of training and organizational prestige/reputation. Furthermore, fellows are often able to tailor their fellowship to meet the desires of any practice that they choose to enter.
If you are interested or need more information, please send an email to Dr. Victor Pizzitola (email@example.com) and Veronique Gabriel (Program Coordinator) (firstname.lastname@example.org) as soon as possible with your CV or if you have any questions.
