All types of body imaging (CT, US, MRI) as it pertains to abdominal/pelvic, GI, GU, chest and musculoskeletal systems, as well as radiographs and fluoroscopy.
Other duties include tumor board attendance and teaching medical students, residents, and non-radiology house staff. Candidates should be committed to academic radiology.

The Department of Radiology at UIC College of Medicine is part of UI Health located in Chicago. The Department is equipped with the state-of-the-art imaging equipment including 5 MR units including two 3T MRI, three multidetector CT scanners, 1 PET CT and five ultrasound machines, as well as a fully dedicated research 3T MRI unit. Advanced MR examinations such as for prostate and rectal cancer, as well as MR Elastography are performed. UIC College of Medicine is the country’s largest Medical School and the Department of Radiology is one of the larger residency programs in the Midwest.
