Great opportunity in a unique multi-specialty group.
No procedural or diagnostic call.
One practice location.
We are seeking a BC/BE interventional radiologist.
The ideal candidate would enjoy a combination diagnostic and interventional role and agree that being a diagnostician makes you a better interventionalist and vice-versa.
We have open and collaborative reading and control rooms. This is a clinical position, but different arrangements for the appropriate candidate can be discussed, to include dedicated research and leadership opportunities.
The radiology division performs a broad range of outpatient IR procedures, including Y90, embolizations, tumor ablation, kyphoplasty, nerve ablation and biliary/renal/venous stenting. Inpatient/general anesthesia cases are occasionally arranged or referred to a sister practice. Complex biopsies and port insertions are the mainstay of our IR practice. Experience with pain intervention and NM is a plus.
NO mammography and no routine diagnostic fluoroscopy.
The candidate should be comfortable with reading/learning all or most of our imaging modalities: CT, MRI, US, PET/CT, and plain film. Tumor board participation and research image-interpretation support required. NO mammography.
