The Department of Radiology at UPMC and the University of Pittsburgh, one of the largest academic radiology programs in the country, is pleased to announce that we are recruiting for multiple subspecialty faculty positions. UPMC, headquartered in Pittsburgh, PA, is a $19 billion global health enterprise with 85,000 employees, including 4,800 physicians, more than 40 academic, community, and specialty hospitals, 600 doctors’ offices and outpatient sites, an Insurance Services Division, an International Division, and an Enterprises Division focused on health care innovations which will impact the lives of patients in meaningful, lasting ways.
Academic faculty positions will include a mix of clinical, teaching and research responsibilities. Community faculty openings require general skills with applicable fellowship training. These positions can expect to work within their subspecialty up to 50% of the time, and private practice interest and/or experience is strongly preferred. All applicants must have completed fellowship training within their specialty, be board-eligible or certified with the American Board of Radiology, and eligible for licensure in Pennsylvania.
