The Department of Radiology at the Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons of Columbia University Irving Medical Center invites applications for a clinical faculty position(s) in Body Imaging. Position requires fellowship or comparable experience in body imaging (chest, abdomen, pelvis, and vascular imaging) and board certification or eligibility in diagnostic radiology. Preference will be given to candidates who are adept at multiple modalities.
The ideal candidate should have strong interpretative skill in all modalities including advanced applications. We work closely with other referrers therefore strong interpersonal skills and a proven aptitude in dealing with other clinical teams is of great importance. As a teaching hospital it is expected that a successful candidate would be actively involved in teaching not only residents and fellows within our department but also to other departments.
The Department of Radiology Facilities have state-of-the-art equipment including MRI, CT, ultrasound, nuclear medicine and radiography/fluoroscopy.

Position requires M.D. or D.O. degree and board certification or eligibility in diagnostic radiology. Candidate must have or be able to obtain a New York State medical license; narcotics license desirable.
