The Department of Radiological Sciences at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA is recruiting for a full-time Assistant Professor in Diagnostic Neuroradiology in the Health Science Clinical Series. Titles in this series are assigned to academically qualified individuals who are in full-time service of the University, who are excellent in teaching and clinical service, and who are engaged in creative academic activities. This position is within the Diagnostic Neuroradiology Section.

Candidates must be eligible for California licensure and American Board of Radiology certification, and have completed a one-year Diagnostic Neuroradiology Imaging fellowship. A strong academic track record in the field of diagnostic neuroradiology especially related to stroke imaging is required. Clinical research experience in advanced imaging techniques and interdisciplinary collaboration is strongly favored. This position encompasses all major diagnostic (CT, MR and PET) modalities, as well as performance of ACGME defined image-guided procedures. A strong interest in teaching in clinical work and in clinical research is highly valued.
