The Department of Radiology at UH Rainbow Babies and Children’s Hospital/Case Western Reserve University is seeking a highly motivated fellowship-trained, board certified or board eligible Pediatric Radiologist. The selected candidate will join a state-of-the art subspecialty Division of Pediatric Radiology. The department is committed to excellence in imaged-based clinical care. Candidates must be dedicated to teaching future radiologists and desire a research career. There are excellent opportunities to collaborate with multiple disciplines in basic and translational research.
The Division of Pediatric Radiology performs over 75,000 exams per year and is staffed by 6 clinical faculty members. Our pediatric health care network is anchored by our flagship facility, University Hospitals Rainbow Babies and Children’s Hospital. Located in Cleveland's historic University Circle, this 244-bed full service children’s hospital and academic medical center consistently ranks among the top children’s hospitals in the nation. As the region’s premier resource for pediatric referrals, Rainbow delivers the complete range of pediatric subspecialty services. It is Northern Ohio’s only Level 1 Pediatric Trauma Center. The radiology department also provides clinical services for 11 Regional Hospitals and over 30 health system outpatient facilities which provide a tremendous wealth of clinical material.
* Ohio medical license (or eligible)
* Board certified (or eligible) in Diagnostic Radiology with Fellowship training in Pediatric Radiology
* Pediatric Neuroradiology expertise would be desirable
* Qualified for appointment as Faculty at Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine at the Assistant Professor level or above
