CMO who will be responsible for development, alignment and successful execution of the clinical operational strategy, leadership and direction of the business.
CMO as a closely aligned member of the executive leadership team, will develop the clinical structure and processes needed to create a transparent and synergistic culture, which ultimately supports and accelerates the defined business targets and goals of Foundation Radiology.
CMO will be empowered to make quality and safety a top organizational priority, facilitate change, unify and standardize processes, and ensure the sustainability of the clinical infrastructure and processes. The CMO will work collaboratively with clients, patients and physicians ensuring that all clinical efforts are coordinated and aligned.
Board Certification in Radiology is required; and subspecialty training preferred.
Master’s Business Administration preferred.
7-10 years’ experience in Radiology clinical practice with a leadership role in medical staff activities is required; strong credibility as a clinician.
Extensive experience leading a large-scale Radiology practice or leadership of an academic, IDN or national radiology practice; physician executive leadership role in a fast- paced environment; and business or entrepreneur experience as a leader/owner is preferred.
Demonstrated expertise in administering quality improvement efforts, safety, clinical services, and regulatory compliance programs, ideally in a complex, highly performing environment.
Passion and expertise with the experience of leading enterprise-wide initiatives focused on structure and process change to improve outcomes and reduce variations in patient care across the continuum.
CMO for this position will be an experienced and respected physician executive with a proven track record of conceptualizing, developing and executing clinical and quality functions within a radiology-focused clinical services organization.
Knowledge and training in process improvement with the use of clinical information systems and technology to enable enterprise goals and be comfortable in statistical and data analysis.
Possess exceptional relational and team-building skills to work across disciplines, departments and institutions to orchestrate and drive system-wide process improvement and to consolidate performance improvement related functions.
