Assistant, Associate or Full Professor (HS Clinical, Clin X, Adjunct, In-Residence) Breast Imaging
The Department of Radiology at UC San Diego (http://radiology.ucsd.edu) is committed to academic excellence and diversity within the faculty, staff, and student body. The department is seeking a full-time faculty member to participate in breast and fetal imaging as a Woman's Imaging faculty member.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated academic productivity and scholarship, exemplary clinical care and teaching, and the desire and potential to become an international leader in the field of breast and fetal imaging. The candidate is expected to participate fully in all the clinical activities of the division and will be responsible for interpreting mammogram, breast US and MRI, image guided breast interventions, fetal ultrasound, and diagnostic radiology. The candidate will teach fellows, residents, medical students, and visiting scholars and participate in division educational and administrative activities.
Candidates must have an MD, board certification in radiology, Woman's Imaging fellowship, a minimum of 5 years clinical experience, and active California license. Candidates are required to show a demonstrated commitment to diversity and equity.
Appointment and Series will be based on level of experience. Salary is commensurate with qualifications and based on University of California pay scales.
